Health, safety and environment (HSE) is implemented at all levels of our terminals and integrated into our quality assurance system.

We believe it is our responsibility to contribute to a better world. Therefore, we strive to participate in the energy transition in the most safe and sustainable way. With our clear mission, vision and strategy on sustainability we have created a strong fundament to be more sustainable in the present and in the future.

The environment is important for Petro Energy Funds, therefore Petro Energy Funds measures her performance regarding the environment, divided in Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC)-, Carbon Dioxide (CO2)-, Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) emissions, soil- and water pollution. Even though it is not mandatory according to the European Trading Law, Petro Energy Funds measures all the emissions of the terminals and sets ambitious goals to do better than the minimal requirements.



People are our most valuable asset. For Petro Energy Funds this means, having a sustainable work environment that promotes safety, wellbeing and being connected to the community. The key subjects for Petro Energy Funds regarding Social are; Safety, People, Public Relationship and Community. All subjects have a connection with people and entails different ways to implement sustainability and act sustainable. Petro Energy Funds takes her responsibility to being proactive on these elements to ensure a sustainable relationship with all stakeholders



Specialists of the industrial safety department of the plant carry out a comprehensive survey of hazardous production facilities in accordance with the approved schedule. Developed action plans for the localization of emergency situations, plans for the localization of emergency spills of petroleum products.
